Well, this dA update is actually pretty cool. Still don't really like that a sub has to be had for journal skins and whatnot, but whatever. That's no biggy.

Can always just use Stylish with some dA themes to substitute things

Anyway, life is good, I suppose.
I was planning on going to a music school for my final year but due to some events in the past my skills are not as up to par as they should be for that school, so that idea failed pretty hard. I am disappoint. With that being said, I hopefully am getting back into piano soon. I've had enough of this depressing break from music, and I really should pursue it more than I have been. I feel like such a slacker.
I've been trying to draw <On a sketchpad!>lately to increase my artistic skills, however I find that I try to baby myself with Ctrl-Z, or I reach up to hit it then facepalm at myself for my retardism. <yes its a word>. I've also been trying to practice Anatomy. I find myself being confused on which art path to take. I like too many styles, and I'd like to do them all, but I don't think its good to try to learn everything and spread myself too thin over each style. I'd rather master something then start something new, but I don't know where to start and which one I truly want to start with. OH THE CHOICES! it's like walking into an icecream store with all your favourite flavours

I went to Canada! Love that place. <3 Hope to move there in a few years. I went to the Ontario area. Way too humid though. I'm running out of things to write about <Im such a creative person!> now.

On about art once more: I've also been trying to practice my photography. I'd like to manage to get an infrared lens as thats truly my favourite type of pictures, but in time, I suppose. Maybe later this week I'll go through some of my shots from this month and upload the best ones. I experimented with water / river shots and the blurring of the water falling, but my luck they all came out blurry >:3

For a depressing thing: two of my cats ran away Our long haired 5 year old female went missing a few months back, sadly, and we never found her. Someone took our fliers down. Quite sad. We "Adopted" a stray that was starving, and shortly after that he went missing aswell. Fortunately my, and my favourite, cat hasnt done anything stupid, and will be enjoying his first winter here with me soon DAWH HES SO CUUUUUUUUUUUUUUTE >:3 *cute cat spazz accompanied by squeaking*



Is a great 3d modeler and a general all around good artist. Head over and give him a look.

2009 was quite wonderful and horrible all at the same time, but it all balanced out to a beautiful year. Very excited for 2010.

Also something I thought I'd never get to say: I was out till 3 with my cousin >_<

Just got back from my Tae Kwon Do Tournament, made it out with first place sparring in women's division, Red to High brown belts. I am High red.

Now must cure headacheeeeeeee......

Hai! So it has actually almost been forever since I have put up a new journal, so here is one.

First of all, I do not play WoW anymore, maybe a few mins on weekends, but I just dont have the time or the desire to get really into it anymore.

Secondly, I have been working a lot more on traditional art, which explains a lot of my lack of activity. Have some really quite awesome art books (<3) which I've been following along, and have given me much more insight and guidance than I would have ever had without, until I actually take some art classes. Perhaps I will take some photos of it and post them here, as my scanner is like, dead.
Aside from constant traditional doodling, I've been asked to do a book cover for one of my friends, and I've been trying to paint that too, (no wip pix, owned lulz), however when it is closer to finished, or in decent shape, I may post it up here. Also another thing on my list-to-improve-on, is AfterEffects. That program is so amazing, goodness, I am like addicted to it. Eventually, perhaps, I will have enough motivation and inspiration to put together an actual piece and upload it somewhere online. (Need moar teaching, you know who you are.) Next on the list is 3dsmax and ZBrush. I acquired some working ZBrush 3.5, now just to learn it. As 3d is one of my favourite types of art, I wish to pursue it, however, aside from tutorials, I don't have any means to learn it in depth at the moment. >:3
But I am happy practicing my drawing currently, It's an excellent pasttime.

3rd: Juggling. I cannot seem to harness the dexterity to do it to save my life. I've been working on that alot lately, and Gahh! I just can't win at the game.

Other off topic: Life's been good. Been watching some movies/series lately (IT Crowd, Southpark, etc), quite good Lulz if I do sayso myself.

ODST is possibly the awesomest game ever at the moment, despite how much I hate it because I wasted 7+ hours of my Life getting 10 million in firefight. Game still hasn't shown up and I don't have my Recon. XD

Music: I haven't played Piano in forever, just haven't been into it recently. However, I do have a cello, and I am looking for a cello teacher atm. Such a cool instrument imo. On the other side of the music world, I love Trance. I personally think it is the greatest thing ever. A lot of love songs too, and some neat meanings. Not to mention the beat.... XD

ANIMATION! Gah. Animation is lovely. My current goal for a career in life is to be an animator.

And yes. I know I do owe someone a fractal which I promised them A LOOOOOOOONG time ago, and I will get you it! I swear. I just haven't had any inspiration in the fractal world, and I've lost my touch. I am deeply sorry I haven't done it yet, I just can't find something which looks very amazing, and I don't have the skill to create something mind blowing like some great artists I know around here. Perhaps one of these weekends I will practice on it more and learn some things, Not sure yet. Just been busying myself with techniques in photoshop, and Proportions/Anatomy in Traditional art.

Well anyways, that's probably it for my wall of text. Maybe I'll put more up later, maybe I won't.
